The hotel is nicer looking from the outside than the inside.  Room was clean as far as the bed, bathrooms, and kitchenette are concerned. Though someone did forget to take their coffee filter out of the little coffee maker and I have no idea how long it's been in there.  The carpet in our room definitely looked old and dirty, but didn't leave black stuff on our socks so it's just old.  AC unit practically blew snow, but the controlls were wonky so we had to keep fussing with it to get it to not freeze us out.  

Pros, relatively clean bedroom, no bugs, good shower, elevator, large well cleaned bathroom and kitchenette, reasonable price.  

Cons.  Carpet and chair, and drapes look dingey with age.  some surfaces in the room had cigarette burns on them ( we asked for a non smoking room but got a smoking one). 

Overall.  You could probably do a little better for a bit more money, but if you're really focused on finding a budget hotel you could also do a lot worse.

The reason why I gave this one star is because you can't give them zero. Room was small. Carpet looked pretty old. T.V was okay. Me my eldest daughter and my 1 year old son stayed here. Housekeeper is never to be seen but on Thursday when she did come we didn't need any cleaning sense we just got their a day and a half prior so we just asked for toilet paper and some more towels. She had no problem with that clearly grateful she didn't have to clean another room. Next week came around accidentally forgot to take off the do not disturb sign so the owner comes knocking on my door saying its mandatory for her to come and clean the room. Had no problem with it we left the room for breakfast to give her space to clean. Maintenance men came 3 days in a row painting the inside and outside of the doors didn't have a problem with it until the manager comes knocking on my door complaining of the orangy red dust on the outside the door on the floor. He claimed sense I had a little one he assumed it was kool-aid...clearly racism sense we don't even drink kool-aid but okay.He said this is my first warning and make sure it doesn't happen again. I was pretty confused sense I don't let my 1 year old son walk outside especially not by himself but I just said okay. Second time this dude knocked on my door complaining about even more spots on the floor finding out that its the dust from the orange paint they were just spraying on the doors, Tried to explain this to him but he didn't want to hear me saying he's sick of cleaning up after us. Mind you the cleaning service has only stepped foot in our room once. He said we had to be out by the next day and put us on the do not list. First time ever getting kicked out of a motel especially sense we literally did nothing wrong. Guessing they didn't want any children sense I spoke with someone else who has been staying there and he kicked out another women with her little girl. Thank god I was able to transfer to another motel but it's very concerning for people who aren't able to. There's prostitution as well as drugs in this motel but he doesn't allow children. You can clearly smell the smoke coming from  the vents in a non smoking room that I asked for because I had a one year old son. If your desperate than its okay but if you have small children I highly suggest you do not stay here.

This hotel is pretty nice the room is really neat but it is a little small when it come to more then one being with you. It do have a mini kitchen and the bathroom is pretty big.
