An extremely friendly and accepting group of people! Every instructor here is very talented and cares deeply about your progress in martial arts and your ability to defend yourself. This isn't a dojo intent on making money by passing you through the levels quickly. This place has integrity! You'll work hard and love doing it. I strongly recommend it for all ages as there are classes available from small small child all the way up to adult.

My family has been a member of this studio for more than 5 years.  The owners and instructors consistently prove themselves to be outstanding in their field, patient with the students, and responsible members to the community.  They have put on free self defense clinics for community youth, summer camps, participate in local fundraisers, and always have an amazing demo team.  I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great family opportunity for fitness, safety, and good fellowship!!
