Today is February 14th, 2018, I placed an order at 5:30pm, I ordered 2- 6.5 oz steak tips, one was to be cooked to medium and the other medium rare, of course the baked potato and salad included, didn't get any extras. Was amazed that it arrived 45 minutes later, paid the driver and started to open my food. This is where the nightmare begins..... neither meal was marked to indicate which was medium and which was medium rare, they were both cooked to medium, and cold, the potato was still hard and crispy with rawness on the inside, the only thing hot about those potatoes was the tin foil in which they were wrapped! I have now spent the last 40 minutes trying to call them back, it's busy, still busy........ this wonderful meal that I ordered for my boyfriend on Valentines day, cost me 31.00 plus I gave the driver a 7 dollar tip.  Still not answering!! My Valentine's day dinner was totally ruined..........I would appreciate it if you folks would answer your phone put it back on the hook or whatever, but even more I'd like my money back!!!!! Never had anything like this happen with this restaurant before, I am just really disappointed and angry! The only reason you get even a star is because it would not let me post without it.  Please answer your damn phone. UPDATE----Feb 17, 2018--manager made it right, we had our  Valentine's dinner tonite and it was really good. thank you

We've ordered from here in the past and it's always been good but this time we ordered one medium rare in one medium steak tips they didn't mark them both were medium baked potatoes were still hard not fully cooked tried to call them back 41 times no answer Happy Valentine's Day to us update February 17th we reordered manager made it right food was very good thank you

We just ordered like 40$ worth of food and the burger was raw and half of our order was not in there the potatoes were so over cooked there was hardly any inside. The manager working said they wanted the burger back pretty sure that's against OSHA to bring food already left back into a kitchen but we sent it back anyway the only reason for the one star was the delivery was very fast and friendly

We have always had great service. Last night they forgot a fork set.. but we will forgive them.. because there food is so good!!

We ordered the Ribeyes and the lunch steak tips. They were delicious, even though I lost track of time and picked up the order an hour later. I was sure that our food would be cold and dry. But I was pleasantly surprised by how moist and perfectly seasoned our meat was. Definitely a must. In my opinion it was much better and cheaper than other steak restaurants in the area.
