Wow horrible !  quality of coffee,  Awfully service- ask for iced and give you warm.  Place might be cozy but doesn't over look the fact it's a coffee place and everything from workers being clueless and not listening,  coffee taste like the workers where looking at a recipe book and didn't understand or have a clue what they where doing.  (Which happened our 2nd visit)   ** maybe their food and ice cream is different but very disappointed.

Busy place. The wait staff is so efficient they removed my untouched food while I was in the bathroom. To their credit they replaced it with a smile when brought to their attention.

Wish I could rate a zero. Owners are rude and obviously do not train their employees. Gave them three separate chances to make a quality coffee and all I got was junk. Coffee is terrible and cold with rude customer service. I never wish anyone failure because it is so hard to make it in this country however if they do not turn things around quickly then I will be looking forward to the next business to move in. Done giving them a chance to earn my business. If I wanted crappy coffee I'd go to Kwik trip and save money and be up better customer service.

I’m a bit of a coffee snob, and the coffee here is just so so.  Only tried it a few times.  Sweets were okay.  The best thing to say about this place is that they have a drive-thru, a rarity in the Hartland area.  I found the industrial furniture uncomfortable.

Coffee was awful, burnt latte milk and less then quality espresso.  Staff was to busy talking on their headsets, despite being within talking distance, to offer anything resembling good customer service. Drive extra and go to Stoncreek.
