AVOID! What a dive!  The place is dirty, the change machine is not operational, the manager will not open his door (yes he was present) to make change, the machines are in disrepair, the clothes baskets are rusty, and aggressive panhandlers hang outside the door.  Extremely poor management.

It's closed. The phone number listed is disconnected and there's no note for when it will be reopened.  Sign just says 'sorry temporarily closed. '
