Just had my eight week followup with Dr. Johnston for bi-lateral endoscopic carpel tunnel surgery.  If you need  both hands done , this procedure is the way to go.  One week after surgery I had limited mobility but was fully functional with only moderate discomfort.  At three weeks I was skiing and could grip my poles.  Full grip strength returned at six to eight weeks.  No PT needed.

6 months after surgery to repair my broken tibia plateau, and 4 months off crutches (non-weight bearing) I just posted my personal best time running the Run Rabbit Run 50 mile ultra marathon race here in Steamboat Springs, CO.  This achievement is a testament to Dr. Meininger's excellence in sports orthopedics. I couldn't have done it without their team.  I am a fan for life! Care to take a run sometime soon?!
