Beware! Do not use Steamtec! Emilio Arguello, owner of Steamtec cleaned my carpet once and did a nice job. I was impressed, except for the furniture he replaced too soon and left rust spots on my clean carpet. Second time Emilllio's Arguello's son cleaned it. I  would not have known he cleaned it but he left my carpet sopping wet and dirty. Two days later was Thanksgiving with my company coming from out of state. I had wet dirty carpet. I finally got in touch with Emilio Arguello as he was out of town. He sent another couple of guys, who did a somewhat better job. Worst decision to have Steamtec clean my carpet. I was assured that it would be dry in time for Thanksgiving. Nope! I spent Wednesday evening with my furniture in my kitchen and dining room and fans all over my house trying to get my carpet dry. I would have like to have spent that evening preparing food for Thanksgiving. 
Steamtec also cleaned a rural church and some homes near there. They were extremely disappointed as well. The rural customers said the guy took no time to even move furniture.  Don't use them even if they give you a good deal. You'll pay for it. Also note that the good reviews are the owner's wife and friend.

Besides the friendly Service the carpet in my living Room looks like hasn't  been cleaned. As soon as it dried the next morning I noticed  the stains were still  there,no wonder  he was done so fast. Threw 95 dollars out the window.

The guys at Steamtek ALWAYS go above and beyond for me. As a property manager/assistant I tend to need their services frequently and they always do such a fantastic job. Working on the weekends to finish the job if necessary, speaking with tenants, treating us all in a very kind and professional manner, and explaining each step of the process. I wont use anyone else for duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, water damage repair, etc..In addition the prices are very reasonable and competitive with other cleaning outfits. Top notch service. Highly recommended.
