Bill Stearnes has done my taxes, my mom's taxes, and my adult children's taxes for the last 3 or 4 years. He takes time with us to make sure he's got every reduction and deduction he can find for us on our taxes. He just moved into a new office and has new people working there that are nice and seem to know what they are doing. The thing I like most about Bill is that he seems to care about getting our tax bill as low as he can. I switched to him a few years back because his fees are the lowest around.

Do Not Go There. He promised me for 1 1/2 years that he would work on an amendment. He never did. Communication is beyond poor, emails, phone calls would not be returned by him or his staff. I finally had enough and picked up my tax stuff, it took him literally 10 min. to locate it. I told him that it's obvious that he never even worked on it, he just gave me a stare. He is totally unprofessional. I think he is over worked, has too many clients, and on top works at Fry's so he can get insurance. Also, I was upset that I always had to wait for over an hour for my appointment. I would not give him any star but I guess that's not an option. I am truly disgusted with his unprofessional, unethical, and rude behavior.

Do NOT go here. Made a simple mistake that cost us $5,000. They do not check their work. They also made a mistake on this years return that luckily we caught. They don't answer calls, return calls, or know what they are doing.
