I made an appointment with Steeplechase Dental because I was having severe jaw pAin. I followed all of the instructions and was set for my appointment. Janet called me the day before and confirmed my coverage and costs. The day of the appointment Janet calls me an hour before stating she missed an important notification of my work and that the costs would be different. I was at work already and wasn’t prepared for that so I was very upset. She stated to me “ well you were going to have to pay something anyway “. I felt that was very rude because it’s never the cost but preparation for it. It didn’t matter if I had to pay something, it’s the simple fact you don’t call someone an hour before adding costs. She didn’t seem concerned about how I felt so I  asked to speak to someone else and she put me on hold for a while stating no one was there but her. Needless to say, that impression is why I have chosen to spend my money at another dentist.

Steeplechase Dental is the best. My first time using this clinic. I schedule my appointment at 11am but they called me at 10 am to come in so that they can take care of my situation. To me that was special since I was hurting a lot. Everyone there was very kind and caring from the receptionists to the doctor. I will go there again and again.

I became a new patient May 2014.  When I first called to make an appointment, the receptionist who answered was very helpful.  She sounded happy and was very professional and polite.  When I arrived for my appointment, I received the same impressive service. The team members all have pleasant demeanors.  They all seem to enjoy the place where they work! My dental hygienist, Ty, was great! He walked me through everything that we were doing and gave the why.  Very informative! I know Dental offices can be places that I avoid going to, but the treatment I received makes me  less apprehensive. Wonderful dentist office!

My husband and I have been going to Steeplechase Dental for several years.  I hate needles and always dreaded going to the dentist.  Dr. Vu is so gentle and his nurse holds my hand when I have to have a shot.  I can't believe it but Dr. Vu is so good that I have had several fillings with no shot and never felt a thing!  We will never EVER go anywhere else.
