Had alarm system installed and a camera to prevent break in since we live out of State. Stefany (representing buyers) gave buyers code to disarm alarm system after agreement was signed. Buyers came several times a week and hung out inside property without any realtor present. Buyers children moved camera and buyer forgott to arm property several times before leaving. Even after talking to our realtor and him letting her know that this can't happen again it continued. She was not looking out for the seller, only herself. For liability and sabotage reasons, it is unethical to give buyer unlimited acess without a realtor present before closing day.
