Once again so pleased with the professionalism, knowledge, and expertise of your technicians at Stemmle Plumbing ... our "goto" company for prompt, efficient help! Harold and Max did a great job this morning replacing our hot water heater. Harold specifically explained the new setup, went over the owners' manual highlighting maintenance, and checked all faucets throughout the house to be sure everything was working properly. The work area was left "neat as a pin". Thank you for a company that obviously takes great pride in a job well done!

We had a great experience with Stemmle! They came out the same day we called and were able to clear a pesky drain that has been problematic for a long time. They were in and out quickly and very professional. Chad and Tommy were great! Thanks so much!

Office and scheduling staff is friendly and organized. Technicians are on time, high skill and are eager to do good work the first time around. Clear on pricing and estimates before work begins, keeping affordability in mind. And when something doesn't go as planned they go out of their way to be fair and accommodating with a solution.

Needed fixtures replaced on 2 sinks and a tub. The tub turned out to be a more of a project than anticipated.Justin B was here all day. The resulting work was exceptional. He did a great job of explaining the work that was needed and presented a couple of options.Justin has a great work ethic and provided exemplary customer service! Thanks again!

I am extremely pleased with the service I received. I had another local company drop the ball and left me with a sewer line draining in my yard (they still haven't called me back). The same day I called, a technician came, identified the problem, and the work was started before the ink was dry on the work order. The team that showed up was professional and courteous and to complete the job they even laid grass seed and straw. Above and beyond. I will definitely use them for future service and will highly recommend them. Thank you Steve and team :)
