Stenger's has amazing service and courteous workers. I was impressed by the job they did vacuuming my car out and toweling it off to dry. They have the best quality car wash in Morgantown.

Worst place ever to take your car. The employee were rude the lady inside was very rude. The car wash itself broke while there was a car inside of it. Made me worry about letting my car even go through it. luckily mine had already been through before it broke. The poor guy whose car was in there when it broke had his bumper ripped off his car and the lady told him it was his fault. How can it be his fault when there equipment tore it off his car. I also had money missing out of my car when it was done and some scratches on my car that it didn't have before. I would give them minus 5 stars if I could!! The owner doesn't care about his car wash and I would recommend no one take their vehicles there!!

Roman M. and Garrett M. "cleaned and detailed" my car on 9/28/15. It was completely soaked and they didn't dry it out. I had to vaccuum and run the car often just to dry it out. They didn't even touch under the seats. I had to redo everything.

My car came out very clean and the hand drying was great I have also  heard their detailing is great even though I haven't tried it...however I rated it low because within two minutes of being there two different employees were rude to me.

I apparently drove up in the wrong direction (seeing that I had not been there before) where a man told me I was fine and gave me a ticket to go inside in pay and they were going to take my car but within second a women came out yelling as I was getting out telling me I needed to turn around and drive all the way around (back to the same spot) in which by the time I came around there were 5 cars pulled in and got in line in front of me.

When I went inside I asked how the pickup worked and if people ever left and came back to get their vehicle where the employee told me I should wait bc it will be done in 5 minutes and aren't many spaces to hold vehicles..I stepped outside to go the the building directly next to the car wash to pick up my paycheck for 1 moment  where the employee then came out yelling down the alley that I can't leave even though my vehicle was still behind 4 cars...it then took a total of 25 minutes to get my car just being washed on the exterior

Customer service is what makes or breaks a place
