Great historic property in Germantown. Tours and events for kids are great here! And if you live in one of the surrounding neighborhoods it's free!

A very beautiful and well preserved mansion. The curator was very knowledgeable about the house and its history. Contrary to another review here, the opening dates and hours are published right on the website.

It would be most helpful if they would put the times of operation on the website. I checked the website, didn't see any dates/times, so headed out early on a Saturday afternoon. Sign on the locked gate indicated it was open only April-December.
