We've had insurance with Stephanie at Liberty Mutual for more than 4 years for our cars and home.  She's is very attentive and receptive when you need answers and she promptly gets back to you in a very professional way.  Many times, a person doesn't understand the importance of choosing the right insurance company until something happens when they need insurance.  Stephanie and Liberty Mutual are among the best available today.  I highly recommend her services.  It doesn't hurt that their insurance rates are reasonable.

I've been working with Stephanie for a couple of years now and I can honestly say that I've never had an issue or complaint... only compliments! 

I got into my first accident a of couple years ago and Stephanie was there to walk me through the claim process. She went above and beyond and was patient and understanding throughout. I spoke with her multiple of times with worries and concerns and she even spoke with me after hours to reassure me and answer all of my questions...no matter how ridiculous they were.

She's extremely responsive and has my best interest at heart. She's helped me save money on my various insurance policies and gives me the pros/cons of different options... giving me fair and unbiased information so that I can make an informed decision.

I can't recommend Stephanie enough. She's amazing and Liberty Mutual is lucky to have her.
