I went back to Stephanos pizza today and I can tell when the workers are cooking from the owners. The workers actually take their time with the cheese and put more than 2 or three pepperoni on a huge slice ! Better quality than the owner ! THE OWNER CANNOT COOK AND IS CHEAP. The workers pizza taste amazing ! The owner pizza taste like baked bread with light sauce and Light cheese on it! Thank you to whatever worker cook my pizza !!!

The food itself is good Normally  but ordering delivery at 345 and the receiving my food at 530 and the order is wrong. Unacceptable.  Not to mention I get a notification that my food was delivered and yet it still arrived 35 mins later

I went back a couple days ago again and was as good as it was before which is the reason  why I keep going back!  Love the pizza here .

Very good pizza. Slightly sweet sauce. Been a long time since I had one from there. Could have been baked a little longer.

I gve it a 5 star because I enjoy eating their pizzas , cheeseburger, steak sandwich with cheese and fries I have other things to try next time I go.  Kid-friendliness: The owner of the place is so friendly, polite and all the employees are hard worker&#39;s and also polite once they see you walk in the door first thing they say hello , good morning may I take your order waiting patiently &amp; when you leave they say hve a nice day.  Parking: There&#39;s plenty of parking.

The owner was working today. He's such a gentleman. I ordered a mushroom and swiss burger onion rings. My daughter got a cheeseburger. We always enjoy eating from here. Only one time was there a problem, and it was corrected immediately. Definitely a regular go-to !!

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered online and never received my food. When I called, the person that answered was very rude form the very beginning. I explained I never got my food, no one ever knocked or rang the doorbell. I asked for a refund and they refused. This was my first and last time trying to get something from here. I read plenty of other reviews with the same issues. The manger and workers being rude. And they love to steal your money. Don't waste your time or money here literally a waste of 30$ since I never received anything.

I’ve ordered 3 pizzas since finding this place last month. I’ve tried all the pizza places down Ridge Road since moving to Lansing and I must say they have really great tasting pizza on par with Beggars & Aurelio’s. Everyone else is not worth it. I’ve had no problems with customer service at all. It’s a pizza joint. You order the pizza, you pay for the pizza and you leave with the pizza. It’s not hard. Too many people take themselves to serious. They think you’re supposed to roll out the red carpet because you’re ordering chicken fingers from them. Five star pizza. I recommend Stefano’s!

Ordered two of the specials burger and beef, it was good but I don’t have a preference for those skinny fries. Me and my baby was full and still had food left over. Update 5-14-18, still good and they got better fries now . The best steel sandwich and beefs

Ordered a beef sandwich, this was just ok. Also ordered a medium sausage pizza that was the worst pizza ever. The dough had a wheat taste and was undercooked. There was something missing in the pizza sauce but I don’t know what. It was terrible. I took one bite and started to feed the rest to my dogs. The first people food they didn’t care for.  We complained the next day and were told they been making it the same way for 10 years. Anyone who got a pizza Thursday night the 20th Aug must have been very disappointed.
