I've always had good service here. We have used them for over 3 years.

I've taken my dress shirts and other items to this location for about 6 months.  so far we have only experienced good things.

The tailor located here is also really great as well.

This place offers some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. I arrived at 4:03 which is exactly 3 minutes after they close and the lady inside was waving her arm in the air ignorantly at me to go away even though I had just politely just told her that I have to leave town that night. She was not willing to cooperate even when another employee from the tailoring department felt bad and came down stairs to let me in. I will never give them my business ever again!

Terrible I sent my band uniform to be cleaned n it got worse. The strain didn't go away and another one formed.
