My dream as an individual and as a Business Owner, is "to be able to please ALL the people, ALL the time.  The Vikings winning the Superbowl is more realistic ! Ha !  I haven't kept my doors open for 45 years by offending people.  Unfortunately, some people are offended very easily and are very thin skinned.  I am not in business to lose money and some people feel that we should do things for little or nothing.  Overhead in any business today is a killer, Rent, Insurance, Telephone, Payroll, and it doesn't end there.  And how about the many framing donations we make annually to benefit good causes.  We answer all questions honestly, but as my dad always told me, "there is no such thing as a dumb question, unless you ask it twice".  
Enough said, I understand that some people feel better when they vent their emotions. Finally, thanks to all you 20,000 people on my customer list that have been loyal, don't feel slighted when we tell you the truth, and please stop again soon.

My mom has been going here for years to get me and my brother's childhood artwork framed. So when I wanted to get a large format print of one of my photographs framed, I went here first. The staff presented me with a few different options of a simple black frame and helped me weigh the pros and cons of each one. I am very pleased with the final product.

I can't believe this store is still in business.

After getting an inital quote of $55 to get a "poster" framed, I came back to the store 3 weeks later to get quoted $130.   The employees were extremely rude and clearely were out to make a profit.

I firmly recommend people stay away from this business.   Please take your hard money somewhere else!

I notice that Stephens' has a few bad reviews.  Not the case with my personal or business  dealings.  Very good company.  Don't believe those reviews.  I have several reasons to say that besides my great experiences with them. #1.  A business doesn't last for 43 years without doing a lot of things right for a lot of people.#2.  You can't please all of the people all of the time.  Keep up the great work!!
