I had never been here before; previously all of my work had primarily been handled by the dealer. I had an issue with the car leaking coolant with no real visible signs of where it was leaking. Was concerned that a trip to the dealer would be rather costly for a 15 year old vehicle with 150k miles. Have to say, that I am happy I chose Stephens Automotive- as they truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, felt like a valued customer. Small things such as offering a ride to where I needed to go, a bottle of water or iced tea, and a promise of when my vehicle was going to be looked at and how they would diagnose were telling of the type of shop Joe runs. The diagnosis included a comprehensive check of the vehicle that went beyond most shops in that they include pictures of the part that is bad. They send a link to your phone or computer and you can see the report and pictures before you authorize the repairs. They gave me the quote on what it would cost to repair, and performed the work- delivering the car on time and at the price quoted. Will definitely be using them again for any service that I may be needing.

Have been dealing with Stephens Automotive for more than 15 years! Honest, friendly, and reliable staff determine what is needed for repair! Have an awesome diagnostic analysis that can determine exactly what the problem is and cost!!Highly recommend!!

This is the best place around to get your car serviced. You have a problem and they go out of their way to help you out. Great service at great prices. Always done on time or before. Very thorough and only fix what needs fixing. They service my 2 cars and 3 cars for family in the area. All are very pleased. We will all be back. It's nice to know a place you can trust!

I took my vehicle in to be serviced and Chris behind the counter took care of me. He was very polite and extremely knowledgeable. The staff was very nice and offered me coffee and snacks as I waited for my car to be worked on. They were extremely professional and answered all my questions and walked me through what was needed. I will recommend Stephens Automotive to anyone I meet. Great place, great staff, great service! 5 Stars was not enough to describe my experience.
