Chris came to my place of business and did a great job. When I called Will on Monday, he said he could send an electrician Tuesday morning, and I was almost shocked since Mister Sparky 1) wanted 90 just to come out, even though I told them exactly what the issue was and the parts needed, and 2) wasn't available for two weeks. They both were polite, prompt, and very personable. Chris didn't even attempt to add on anything other than what I needed done, and what could be done with the residing issues that I had. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND STEPHENSON ELECTRIC TO ANYONE IN NEED! They will be the first company I call if I have any electrical issues in the future.

Sold me a 17 yr old A.C. unit passing it off as 2.5 yrs old...Presented themselves as honest "Christian "...When I tried to work it out with owner was told no, that I could sue if I liked they had plenty of money and lawyers. Asked owner to leave my home. Five minutes later owner came back and refunded me half my money . Still didnt make things right as the 17 yr old unit that was presented to me as 2.5 yrs old (we called the manufacturer to find out about the unit and was informed of how old it actually was) blew three months later but I agreed to take half the money back because at that point I wanted to be done with this company. Buyer beware.

Whom ever answers the phone should re-evaluate and improve their over-the-phone interactive skills, when I call a place of business I expect to hear the company's name, then the person I'm speaking with name followed by "how may I help you" (with excitement) but instead I received an unenthused, disinterested "hello". That's a sure way to lose what could have been a loyal customer. ps: I never leave negative reviews or reviews period.

I love my new lighting. Chris and Josh came on time and ready to work. They installed new hanging pendants over my island and installed recessed lighting in my kitchen. I absolutely love it. I will call them again when I need electrical work done, no doubt about it.

These guys are great. Prompt, courteous and did not try to sell me services i did not need, and more than satisfied with what i paid. They definitly get 5 stars and two thumbs up. Thanks for keeping integrity in business.
