Look, I'm going to go ahead and be completely honest! The rooms are small. Whether you have a shared room or a private, the rooms are small. It's kind of an odd set up. But lets be honest, the people who are moving into these apartments are students, and you really don't have that much stuff, so it's perfect! I have had a few issues with the appliances, but that was fixed pretty quickly. Just be prepared with the heating... But what positives can I tell you about Sterling Peaks. There is a spectacular pool and a great hot tub. The sun deck is absolutely amazing. I can't tell you how many wonderful people I have met from just hanging out on deck. You can easily find solitary or friendship in this area. I mean, it is truly great how amazing this sun deck is! The staff is great! The ladies that work in the front office and incredibly kind and make moves when something is wrong. They do their best to help every resident. Total one on one help, and amazing problem solvers. I haven't received such glorious service in a while. And the maintenance man...The absolute best! He works everyday and makes sure the job is done and finished before he leaves. He always gives everything 100%. This apartment complex couldn't possibly run smoothly without him! (let's be honest, it couldn't run without any of the people who work everyday in the apartment complex. So what the rooms lack is made up in spectacular community areas and wonderful personal help!

I moved in here about a year ago, and I've mostly enjoyed the place. It took a while for the it to get renovated, but now the facilities are awesome and brand new! The outside area is beautiful, and the gym is included. One downside is that the rooms are small, and we can talk to our roommates by whispering. The prices are great for being so close to campus. They have coffee in the lobby, and Brittany, Jamie, and Madeleine at the front desk always make my mornings a little better.

Like the small eccentric child Truman Capote, Sterling is a small eccentric home for this writer to attend a college atmosphere again. Sure it is small like Truman. Yet, the consistent funny mirrors in the AM and PM give the place a spread of say twenty dollars. This fun college atmosphere is conducive to having fun and studying. I gave it five stars because the staff really make the place the best in Boulder, price included. I am very happy I live here, and hope to be here for the foreseeable future.

i'd just like to start off by saying that I love this place and if you're a college student looking for housing in boulder. I would recommend you start here. The rooms are definitely not the largest but sterling provides all the amenities of a home. (washer/Dryer, oven,stove etc.) However, where Sterling really shines is the community it supports. The common area is nice enough to catch you off guard, and the office staff are some of the sweetest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting.

Due to certain​ circumstances I had to relocate. I found this place, it's bigger than most apartments, most of the ones I have seen. I have room for a small group of henchmen, holding cell, and armament to kidnap the venture brothers, and have a kitchen and bathroom to accommodate my cooking and bathing needs. The outside is nice, but I'm either inside planning or arching Dr. Venture. Would highly recommend living here, but when my cocoon is repaired I'm out. DIE Dr. Venture!
