Very knowledgeable about products they sell

They installed two pieces of equipment. A 30,000 BTU heater in my garage, (that is amazing) and a gas hook-up for my grill outside (not so amazing).

The hook-up was placed facing the wrong direction and most likely would have caused issues with the line for the grill. Called to have it turned 180 degrees for use. Took 2 weeks to get anyone to acknowledge the call and respond. Someone came out without informing me of when they would be and completed the job. This time, they jammed the end up against the frame of the outside fence and blocked off the opening of the connector. It is so tight that I cannot get the fence board out without disconnecting the entire connection first.I am so done with half -assed companies. I will fix it myself.

Bought my natural gas Weber grill from Stermer Brothers.  For a small fee they delivered the grill fully assembled, ran a gas line for the grill, and set the grill up.  Extremely happy with their service.

I can't comment on their actual work, because they actually told me I didn't need it. So instead, I certainly can praise their customer service and business integrity: I had scheduled a fireplace cleaning and inspection during their busiest season. They were able to fit me in, called me a week before to confirm, called me the same day as they were running ahead of schedule (!) to see if it would be OK for them to come by earlier, and THEN after inspecting my chimney and fireplace informed me neither needed cleaning. "We could go ahead and clean it if you insist, but it truly would be wasting your money which we are not in the business to do." They even refused to charge me a visit fee for coming out and sharing that much info. 

I absolutely will call them again next year and recommend this reputable business who truly understands quality customer service.
