I have been taking my dogs here for years. Great staff always friendly and professional.  Great experience.

I moved out of the area last October, but they were able to help me get flea chewables to protect my dog when I came back this summer. They are always helpful and do their best to get you in quickly, especially in emergency situations.

Have had great experiences with Dr Martello and his clinic.  They've been straightforward, and are kind and compassionate.  I have to laugh at the reviews complaining about wait times -- you simply don't realize, despite the empty-looking waiting room -- what may be going on in the exam rooms.  A lot of times they bring emergencies in through another door, I should know.  If it were ever your dying animal they squeezed in, despite making scheduled appointments wait a bit, you'd be grateful instead of whining.  And to the people who complain about the cost -- more of the "something for nothing" crowd.  Despite caring for animals and providing medical services to them, it still is a business, with overhead and costs that must be covered, regardless of the good deed you think you are doing.  

I really appreciate this place.  Veterinary care is expensive but Dr Martello manages to keep his prices lower than others in the area, and certainly lower than the corporate-care emergency veterinarian in Robinson.  I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic.
