Fraud warning!!! Bought our 3rd vehicle from Steve Coury Ford. After 2 years we had it refinanced.Finance company told us we were due a refund on our gap insurance. Contacted Lincoln he said he would have it in 2 days. Here it is 4 months later. He wont return calls, he hides in his office for hours while we are out in the lobby waiting. Come to find out we don't have gap insurance. (Thank goodness we weren't in an accident or have our car stolen.) They are refusing to return our $800.00.
So if you bought gap insurance you might want to check to make sure you are covered. Will never deal with Steve Coury again. They don't care about their customers. Very sad. We will go to the valley to buy our next one

Stay as far away from this Dealer as possible.  Mark the service manager is not a person who does not stay behind his word. My ford truck broke down I was quoted 4 hours labor and was charged for 7 hours. They put a part on my truck I DID NOT NEED AND WAS CHARGED 337.00 for the part!   I did not get my old part back either!!! I made several phone call to Mark and he promised me that STEVE Coury was informed of this issue and would personally call me.  That was on October of 2017.  Guess what. No call, they also left me sitting outside of the dealership the day when they closed with no courtesy car.  This reflects on Ford. There is much more to this story, not good, Please Please Please DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANY REASON!!!!!!   Have your vehicle towed to the valley. They could care less about you as a customer and even worse a ford owner.  Steve Coury ford really lives up to the negative and not trustworthy stigma of a small town operator,  They will rip you off, over charge you and just not care. I have been a ford owner since 1978 and I am sure the”blue oval” would be very embarrassed of this dealership.

My mother in law went in there to buy a newer camry..her car was in mint condition inside and out a 2007..she traded it in for 2014 camry with scratches on the rear fender and had to get financing for 18k..so that means they didn't give her anything for her car and charged her about 4k more for the newer one than blue book..she kept asking the sales person what the interest rate was to finance and they said it was included in the price..low and behold it turned out to be 6%..she was totally ripped off!!!!.her car was in perfect condition with a little over 60k miles on it and they gave her nothing for it..and they charged her boyfriend who bought a truck.from them for  a computer check because the check engine light came on a few days after he bought it and for a new gas cap which was the cause of the check engine light a faulty gas cap on the truck he bought from them..$90!! He had it a few days..we protested it and they did agree to reimburse him for it..but he should not have been charged for it in the first place..buy your car elsewhere!

Bought a truck there 9 years ago and had great service. One month ago I was in need of a new one so went strait there to find the same friendly staff and drove away with my new truck in about 2 2.5 hours.
