Horrible customer service. my husband purchased some shoes from them, did not wear them and upon returning them they say they need a physical imprint of the credit card. Why do you need a physical imprint now? You already have our money and I have the receipt. I have my two children in here with me now and I have been waiting 29 minutes to speak with a higher up because no one can apparently do the return. I called ahead of time and no one mentioned needing the physical card. I drove from Elk Grove here and their customer service is horrible!!!!!!!

i LOVE steve madden. however, the store manager and employees in the rooseville galleria are absolute bitches. i hated the experience and would recommend to go to ANY other madden store or purchase online. because they made my experience HORRIBLE.. they should NOT work with people, and i have contacted madden to complain..
