The equipment is rusty, old and seldom works properly. When you report broken equipment at the front desk they don't even write it down. Honestly; it's a really good day when I step on an elliptical and it is working properly. Machines that's aren't labeled as broken have missing cardio sensors, squeal loudly, are missing protective parts, and haven't been cleaned in months. They have literally been saying for 10 years that a renovation is right around the corner. It is filthy gym. Take a close look around the floor and corners. Nicotine patches stuck on things in the change rooms for months. Black grout (nope that's mold). Zombie cleaners that look like they clean but clearly don't.

Staff almost never clean or tidy up. Personal training staff block any area they want especially the aisles between equipment. I feel there is a fair chance to get hurt easily here. I would not join this gym again. Ever. Poor Steve Nash. I wouldn't want my name associated with this gym.

Gym is spacious and not too busy when I go there in the mornings. I like their weekend hours as they open at 7am where other locations open at 8am. They use to be 24hrs which I loved so extra star if they go back to 24. There's this really friendly guy that works on weekends at the front and always greets guest with a smile and enthusiasm.

Great location and friendly staff. Gets busy during peak hours, but they're called peak hours for a reason. Decent amount of free weights and cardio machines. Great gym for my goals

Solid Gym with alot of different rooms for different types of fitness. If you like Powerlifting there's an area for that, circuit Training area, workout classes area, cardio machines area, and an area for personal training. I only saw the Kitsilano location.

In terms of gym equipment, good but often crowded. In terms of customer service and the morales of the gym, disgusting. I'm back in England now and they still won't let me cancel my membership which they told me when I was becoming a member, I would be able to cancel at any time
