I called them this morning and was dismissed by them to call the power company and that they had no one in my area today.  She wouldn't listen to me that it was a bad braker and not my power.  I have power on in other parts of my house.  She was very nice and wouldn't give me an appt kept pushing me off to call power company. So I just said thank you and hung up...poor customer service.  It is the braker as after many trys the lights came back on..so, if it goes again, I won't be calling these people! Not very nice to me on phone today...listen to your customers, we aren't idiots like you tried to make me out to be today!

I called in the morning and Amanda answered and said she would call me in the afternoon to let me know about the schedule for the next day.  When I didn't receive a call back by 3 PM I called back and got the recorder.  I called again in the morning to see where I was on the schedule and she said they couldn't come!!!!  I wasted a day thinking that I had an appointment!!!  Don't call these people they DON"T CALL YOU BACK!!!!!!!!!
