Ordered flowers online to be sent to my daughter at work for her birthday. They sent an email to me on the date of delivery with a photo of the arrangement attached. That is a great service! I always wonder what arrangements will actually look like when I order online. Thanks so much for the extra touch! These will make her day.

I've purchased in store and online with Steve's flowers. Staff is wonderful and the arrangements are always gorgeous. When purchasing online you receive a photo of the arrangement and a delivery confirmation. Highly recommend!

Was a little disappointed to find out I was charged $11 for delivery 2 miles down the road.  If you order online thru their website there is no delivery fee however if you call to place an order they charge you. I called to complain and they said it said that on their website but I looked back and never found it. When I did call I heard them say that during the "on hold" music but I was never put on hold for my order. Flowers were good but didn't seem like they cared when I called.  Just waited for me to give up on the topic.

I ordered the Designer's Choice for a recent funeral and was shocked at how lovely the arrangement was made. Extremely happy with Steve's Flowers, I have used them for 20+ years, always with good results .

Was very impressed with the service. I did not expect to get an email the day of, with an actual picture of the arrangement being delivered. Very pleased with the flowers and service. Will definitely be using again, Thanks!
