Had an appointment to test drive a vehicle. Let the sales person know that I would be coming in a couple hours early. When we came in, the vehicle was being sold. Salesman was nowhere to be found and never returned my message. A simple response letting me know that the vehicle was no longer available would have saved me the 45 minute trip. Bought a similar vehicle from a more professional and reputable dealership.

I had the absolute best service experience at Steve’s Hometown Chevrolet. Not only was I provided with exceptional customer service by Chris Knoll but he went above and beyond by scheduling my appointment for me and then notifying me of the date and time. The staff was very friendly while I waited for my vehicle and the store was very clean. I highly recommend Steve’s Hometown to anyone looking for great auto service or to purchase a new vehicle.

We bought a used car from Steve's Hometown Chevrolet. It was easy and straightforward. They had exactly what we wanted and with upfront pricing and a fair trade deal, Kevin made it quick and easy. I would buy again from them next time we're in the market.

the people were pleasant enough, but the overall experience wasn't what it should have been. my husband went in to buy a truck from james ( the new guy). he told my husband that the vehicle had been gone through with a fine tooth comb and that all necessary repairs had been done. he also told my husband that when we came in to sign all the docs that a copy of all the work that had been completed would be given to us and that the truck would be detailed and ready to go. fast forward 24 hours, we go in to sign the paperwork. first thing i notice as i'm walking be the truck is that the entire passenger side is filthy- not good. then, knowing that we are on a tight schedule nothing is ready to go and they're still "working on some things". james has us sitin his office until the finance guy is ready, asks us for referrals, and hands us each a stack of business cards. we head in to finance, ask for the list of what's been done- ***crickets*** we'll get it to you. all done. papers signed, we go outside ( where the rest of the team is standing around in a cloud of vape s"smoke") and i tell james that the truck is dirty and ask him for a voucher to come back and have the truck detailed. he says sure he'll send it to us ( again with the we'll get it to you) and the fuel tank isn't even full :-( 3 days later, husband is driving his new ( to us) truck- check engine light comes on, dashboard lights up, weird things happening... but truck is running fine so he thinks it's just a glitch. it's not. transmission is slipping... so much for believing that "everything" had been gone through and that all necessary repairs were done. needless to say, no paperwork or vouchers have arrived. no follow up calls to see if we're happy with our purchase. pleasant people, close to home. but won't shop here again nor will we refer our friends #shouldhaveshoppedatbronco
