My wife and I recently purchased a 2018 chevy impala. The night we picked up the car, Nick  spent an hour in the car with us explaining everything with us. He was so thorough and explained things in terms we could understand. He would not proceed to another area until we fully understood each section. We highly praise him for his knowledge of the vehicle and his ability to explain it. We left very pleased and comfortable with understanding our new car. Thank you Nick

My husband and I purchased a 2013 Cadillac in the spring. Nick was our sales person and  he was very helpful and considerate to our needs and wants. It was actually one of the fastest and more personable experience when purchasing a vehicle. It took about 3 hours and we were able to drive away with our new car. I was and still am impressed with the service we had.

Purchased a used car from the Litchfield location. No quibbling over price (it was competitive). Salesman (Dean) was friendly which is becoming uncommon. No high pressure sales spiel which is great (I’d have left). 
Only issue was a couple of minor and easy to fix issues with car were not repaired (“because it was an older used car”). Tires were not even correctly inflated. Once I fixed that, car is great.

Literally had to purchase a new vehicle while traveling across the country due to mechanical issues on my vehicle. Sales was good, closing was good. However management was horrible. Even in the same situation again, would drive the broken vehicle to another town so I would not deal with the dealership.

LOVE my new-used Terrain that I got here!  Sales people were courteous and helpful!  No gimmicks or tricks - just up-front, helpful and informative and VERY patient with me - it took me months to figure out what kind of vehicle I wanted!  They've made a life-long customer out of me!  Save yourselves the trouble and start here first!  :D
