If you're reading this review and serve on a board of an association in Naples, FL - you're going to want to read this review all of the way through. Steve Bracci, has been a really good thing for our homeowners association(s). I can't say enough about Steve & his staff. While I admit he has a small office, hes attentive to his clients. Our three associations have been with Steve for nearly a year after being controlled long-term by the developer during the economic crash he's been diligent at helping us formulate a game plan to get our community back on track. He bills his time fairly and accurately unlike our other small attorneys in the area. He's enabled us to gain control over our association collections & aided us with addressing enforcement of our covenants, while we still have a long way hes been diligent in this process in blazing a path of improvement. Michelle Bracci, Paralegal has been a great partner along side of Steve in servicing our association (s). If your association is looking for a switch give Steve a call, you won't be sorry.

Mr. Bracci did my will and other legal matters for me and my family. Very professional and very helpful, and knowledgeable. And reasonable too!! Would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanx;Rocky J Price

Office enviornment very poor.. no front office/receptionist. Wife & kids running around and coming in the conference room. I spent 30 minutes there for a consultation and didn't get any answers to my questions and left more confused than arrived. I went to another lawyer the next day and was very satisfied. Save your $100 consultation fee and hireanother lawyer.
