Story

STEVE MOGEL - Sullivan County Attorney STEVE MOGEL is one of us – And as our attorney he will ensure JUSTICE FOR ALL.

Raised by a single mother and a family struggling to make ends meet, Steve put himself through College and Law School, Graduating Magna Cum Laude from SUNY Oneonta, and receiving a law degree from Fordham University School of Law. Steve has extensive experience working in the public and private sector.

Falling in love with Sullivan County - Steve moved here to raise his family and accepted a legal position. He later opened his own practice with an emphasis on civil litigation.

Steve is married to Deena Fried Mogel and they have two children Isaac and Sadie.

Steve regularly appears in justice courts, handling cases within every area of the justice court’s jurisdiction: zoning issues, vehicle and traffic, landlord/tenant and small claims, and criminal matters.
