I really appreciate the time patient and understanding of miss charm.  She has great customer service and i have been in the customer service field for over 30 years so i should know.  The way she listened and explained things to me was great.  I love that i can talk to a live person.  She fels the way i do that i just want to find a place that i can call home.

Everything runs pretty smoothly. Maintenance is quick and gets the job done. No problems with staff. Great company. If I had to complain about something, it's that the rent goes up $15 if you extend your lease. That doesn't make sense to me. If you're a loyal, paying customer, you would think (if anything) they would lower your rent because you are a good, reliable customer. That's wishful thinking, I know, but I just don't see why rent doesn't stay the same after an extension. Overall, very satisfied with Steven's Realty. 5 Stars

I had an extremely long conversation with Jerome in the office today! He was awesome!! I had so many questions and he answered all of them! There were a couple of questions he could not answer and immediately told me he would get the information out to me! He was kind, informative and so very patient with me! I am currently looking for a home to rent and I will definitely find one that is listed with Stevens Realty!! I also spoke with Vicky the following day! She was just as polite and informative as Jerome!  It was near closing time, but she did not rush me off the phone at all! She answered all my questions kindly and efficiently! What a wonderful team effort at Stevens Realty!

Everything has been pretty easy and pleasant. The application and move in process was straight to the point. I’ve been living in my apartment no problems, whenever I need work done maintenance is very prompt and helpful. I would give 5 stars but I was very disappointed about the $75 rent increase at renewal. I expected a little increase but was shocked to see that much. Everything has been copacetic.

I wasn't interested in one of their properties they had for rent, and I had a lot of questions. I called the office not realizing it was a Sunday and they were closed, but I left a voicemail. Within 10 minutes a representative named Jerome called me back and was able to answer every question I had and helped me through the verification process. He made it so simple. I love the fact they I was still able to do all this through personal texts and on a Sunday!!! Highly recommend! Thank you Jerome!
