The only reason why they didn't get a 1 star rating is because they refunded my money without a problem.  I requested a next day delivery to a location about a mile away from them and they didn't make it happen.  When I called them the next day - they didn't even apologize.

Ordering flowers from Stevens was quick and easy!! The arrangement was spectacular and the delivery was exactly as promised. They are the best florist in the south coast that I've dealt with. I rate them a 5 +. 5 being the highest I have to add the plus because they exceed my expectations each time I order from them. They are the only florist I use period! Honest, beautiful arrangements and great service! A home run!!

Please do not use these people if you need anything done right. Ordered flowers for my Aunt. because of the time difference in our State 3 hours they could not be delivered that day. Was supposed to deliver the next day in the morning . Gave them my credit card number and told them what to write on the card. Told them fresh flowers in a vase , colorful, and bright flowers. She even told me the total Called our Aunt to see if she loved the flowers. Guess what? They were never delivered. NEVER!!!! Now last year I have to tell you we used them and they were beautiful. That is why we used them again this year . Sandy was rude and the manager is the one who took the order. Said I never placed the order. Instead they should of said how sorry they were and they would get the order right away to our Aunt. It was her 81 st birthday. I said if I place the order now will she get them today. She said maybe then said yes they would. I gave up talking to her Never and I mean never ever use them. RUDE
