Story

Stevenson Park is the most awarded and picturesque park in the city of Friendswood. It boasts a large play ground with something for all ages, two covered pavilions with picnic tables, three sand volleyball courts, four tennis courts, a splash pad, jogging track, and beautiful gazebo. The City also recently added a walking trail and bridge that connects Stevenson Park and Old City Park.

Great place to take the kids, also a nice, safe place if you want somewhere to walk, their track is good. Also in the summer they have a splash pad that is free and a great place for the kids to cool off and have fun. And they have a lot of activities throughout the year (summer concerts, craft shows, Christmas activities, etc.)

Great park! The playground was a hit with the kids and the trees are beautiful and mature. Awesome place for a picnic on one of the many tables.

This park is beautiful! The playground is great. The trail is long and well groomed. The market held here once a month a fantastic.

Son loves the splash pad, but it could be cleaned there are some slippery algae looking areas. Definitely keep the water shoes on. Also, the park turns into swamp lands when there's a heavy rain. Drainage is an issue that needs to be addressed. Parking is good unless the farmers market is taking place (first sat I think).

This place was a nightmare we had a wedding here and the entire park was flooded because it rained the night before. The pavement needs to be fixed. Huge puddles everywhere.
