Professional, knowledgeable, interesting.  It doesn't take a long conversation with either David Stevenson or Brad Smith to know that they have the experience and the wisdom that would warrant a much higher bill if their office was located in downtown Salt Lake.  If you need a lawyer in the Ogden area, you really should give them a call.

Brad Smith is a wonderful attorney. He immediately made me feel confident that he could help me with my case and i cant thank him enough for all he has done for me. If you are looking for an attorney that knows estate law he is the man. I would highly recommend him.

I was impressed with the real estate law attorneys at Stevenson & Smith in Ogden, UT. They provided crucial advice on how to deal with a complicated real estate transaction dealing with a land trust. They were direct and responsive to my calls. I appreciate that they weren't afraid to tell me NOT to do something. Good local attorneys to have on your side if you have any real estate law issues.
