I’m going to admit I have never shopped in your store. But for those that have given you one star because they don’t like that you’re open and standing up for OUR rights, I will give you five stars! These people that are saying that you don’t care about peoples lives need to do the research 99.6% survival rate with this virus. 1.7 million people die each year of TB and I don’t see them shutting down the world for that. Good For You And wishing you the best.
We had Alex come to our home and give us a quote for new shutters , and after approving the quote they were installed by Mike . Both were professional and friendly and knowledgeable of their products . Mike did an awesome install , clean and neat . We would like to thank them both and would recommend them to anyone who is interested in using their services . We will be using them again for other projects .

It saddens me to read some of the comments that appear to be attacking you personally. These folks should endeavour to get the facts on the real damage occurring to families across this province. Good for you to clearly communicate your message! My hope is that ordinary citizens continue to educate themselves, and take a stand respectfully with the correct information.
I can't say enough about the professionalism, quality and personalized service my wife and I received here. Great selection and just overall great place to buy from. Had everything we needed and service with a smile which seems so tough to find these days. We will be coming back for certain for our next home project. Thanks again!!
Just had the the best experience with Stewart's Decorating. Went in about a month ago looking for vertical blinds not knowing exactly what I wanted. Johanna Brooks explained my options and helped me make a great choice. She placed the order and told me when to expect them. Low and behold, I received a call Friday earlier then expected that Mike the installer would be here Monday. He did a great job and didn't leave until I was perfectly satisfied with my purchase and installation. What a great experience -- no fuss, no muss. Just great local service at it's finest!!! I have always had such fantastic service from all the staff and owner of Stewart's Decorating! I could not have accomplished our home decorating needs without them, both with service and fantastic problem solving brain storming ideas!: And now they are standing up for our human rights, community and our very lost science-backed common sense! You are brave women and community heros! Wow, thank you!!
When I moved to North Bay 8 years ago, Stewart's Decorating was the first business I visited for my home upgrade needs. The store is beautifully laid out with an extensive inventory of window/wall covering, lighting, flooring, and decor, it truly is a one stop shop. I am always impressed by the skilled and personable service I have received from everyone in their long standing team, I have not needed or wanted to shop anywhere else since!
As a life-long Benjamin Moore paint user, there was no question that I would be shopping here. I was also very happy to support a locally owned business. I’ve been in the store many times, pre-Covid and was satisfied with the service and loved the selection for beautiful home decor. However, I visited the store twice recently for paint swatches and not one employee was wearing a face mask or maintaining a social distance from me. I understand that it’s your choice whether or not to wear a mask but it’s also my choice to take my business to Sturgeon Falls for paint. Quite disappointing.
After being made aware that this business endangers the health of it's customers by not wearing masks nor believing that they work or social distancing, I will not be supporting it. So many of us have sacrificed so much during the pandemic and had to learn to adapt. We have respected the vulnerable among us and tried to prevent covid from spreading here. Now that we have VOC here, we need to be proactive. Business owners such as Stewart's who think they are exempt from covid should not be praised. It is unfortunate the owner has decided to take such a stance and yet relies on the community for her business. Edit: to respond to owner's comments. I have shopped at your store before and I am disappointed in what you are doing considering we are a community and need to work as a community. Your opinions are online, on video for all to hear and see. You have organized a protest in which a majority of people were not social distancing nor wearing masks. We have people dying in the community because of this virus. So if you really cared about this community, you'd follow covid mandates and adhere to them.
