Unbelievable experiences. Every time i get a milkshake it's like chocolate milk even though i choose extra thick and it's extra. It's very rare to have anyone there who makes it the right way. Complained numerous times even to the manager and it still is the same when I go, one time a guy was making it and he stopped to go sit and talk for awhile with someone while making it and it was watery again. What annoys me the most is when they sit and weigh everything, like it really hurts to put more ice cream in and not mix it for 5 minutes.
