Very slow to tend to customers, can have a line out the door at one register while the extra employees just do menial work, instead of stopping, tending to the line of people and then going back to there duties. Another issue I have to say is a problem, I stop in every morning for coffee, and find that one of the employees on most mornings is right out rude, always giving dirty looks if she is asked to get cigarettes away from the register she is at.  There are few ladies who have been there a while that tend to customers the right way, but it is getting old standing in lines for longer than needed, and being treated rudely by an employee who feels she is above others
