Wow, these guys have been great to us.  We've worked with them 2x and they've been fantastic both times. They have been kind, courteous, and kept an eye on all the details.  Highly recommended!

These people are slow & incompetent. Don't raise your voice to them with any objections as their feelings are hurt very easily. 

I found out nine months after closing they did not have the buyer provide proof of insurance before they closed. They would not do this with any bank loan I am sure but they don't seem to care if it a personal contract. 

I would have been out $250,000 if anything would have happened to my property.
