Laura in billing in stalbans is very rude and in no way professional. Should not be in customer service!! I can't believe the way she speaks to customers! RUDE!!!!! The rest of the store is great!

Both my husband and I make almost daily trips to the store and are always more than happy with the service we are provided with. Louise, Pierre, Jesse, and even Todd out back is always there to help! Thank you for always greeting me with a smile!

We recently decided to do some home improvements including new flooring and painting as well as minor repairs. I had to make several trips to this store to get supplies and have been very happy with each visit. For flooring, they were able to beat the prices of Lowe's, Home Depot and Lumber Liquidators for laminate flooring. Their install team also did a great job of laying linoleum in our two bathrooms. For paint supplies, during checkout I was purchasing a paint bucket for a ladder. The clerk had us put it back and gave us a plastic coffee can to use at no cost. For various parts and pieces related to small fixes, I had multiple people give excellent advice on the best option for our needs. Very happy with the service here.

Very happy with the service! They didn't have the right size shiplap so they cut it for me.

I agree with Jessica. I am a simple Vermonter in farm clothes, sure....but I also hold a degree. I am sure that I was one of a very few in the store who could say that that day. No customer presence at all. But like most farmers and general contractors who live in this remote area, what choice do we really have but to shop there? Corporate gunk....chain store training, mentality, and wages leads to miserable employees who treat their customers like the stinky stuff on the bottom of my boot. But, I still have to go drop a couple hundred bucks on 2x6's today. You're welcome.
