Stoic (if not a little annoyed) "bedside" manner. Also, a little advice from a patient: Don't aggressively tap an infected tooth with a tongue depressor and ask if that hurt after that patient has already told you he is in a great deal of pain. Would you smack the arm of someone who came in with a broken arm and ask if it hurt? Then, as it turns out, under-prescribed the dosage of antibiotic.
