Stillwater Spa & Wellness is located in the heart of Ocracoke Village. We offer tranquil spaces for individuals to unwind both the mind and the body. Our therapists customize treatments for each individual client including various methods of massage therapy, facials, as well as body wraps and body scrubs. My husband and I drove 10 1/2 hours to get to Ocracoke. So I decided to book two services at the Stillwater to work out all the little kinks from the drive for the very first day after our arrival, so we could enjoy the rest of our week without the need for Aleeve. My hubby receive the Ashiatsu massage with a foot treatment and I received the Thai massage. If I could give 10 stars I would. My husband and I kept arguing over who's massage was the best. He said her feet were like little hands and worked all the knots out in the upper back. We get massage services frequently and he was very impressed. My Thai massage was like receiving the benefits of yoga while just laying there. I even fell asleep a few times! Both therapists had experience, knowledge and passion for their work and it shows through the services they performed. Such positive energy there as well. It was a great way to start our vacation and if I ever go back I will do it again.

My wife and I come to Ocracoke every year in the Spring, and the very first thing we do is make an appointment for 90-minute massages at Stillwater with Callie. We get massages on a regular basis back home as well, and Callie in many ways is superior simply because she has a lot of knowledge of different styles of massage and is amazingly strong. While my wife likes a mellower massage, I am all about the deep tissue stuff and Callie can do both perfectly. It doesn't hurt that she is also one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. If you want to really top off a great vacation on Ocracoke, you really can't afford to miss getting a massage here.

They are truly amazing! I'd rank a massage with these ladies as a #1 must do while in Ocracoke!
