I had an early flight and ordered taxi to the airport with 3 day advance notice. The night before I confirmed. When the taxi did not show up at 5AM as agreed, I called and was told that they are waiting on a car to come back and it will be another 20 min because “all of our cars move from south to north”. When I said that I have a flight and can not wait so long, I was told to try to find another cab.
Nobody bothered to call and advise me that my cab will be late even though they knew it was an airport run. 
I called uber and got a cab in 10 min.
Hope this horrible company STITA is not in business for much longer.

They did not show up on 3 different occasions when I scheduled in advance for a taxi (I have used their service 4 times). When I arranged for the taxi in advance I then verified with the dispatcher 60 to 90 minutes ahead of time that my taxi was scheduled. They cinfirmed thhat I woul d have a ride. When I called when my taxi did not show they said there was no one in the area. The were indifferent when I said a ride had been prearrange.

Horrible customer service and always seem to be "booked" whenever I attempted to reserve a taxi. Spend your money someplace else this company doesn't deserve it

Reserved a time 8 hours in advance for a trip from Husky Stadium area to SEATAC with STITA's app for iOS.   When I called to confirm 20 minutes before ride was due to arrive I was told there were no cabs available for at least an hour.  When I asked why I was not informed via the app of this situation earlier, I was told I should have sent an email and the STITA app was "just an app".  No guidance was given in the app details in Apple Store or Company website in regards to email being the appropriate method in lieu of the app.    Dispatch was unable to rectify situation and I had to go with another provider.   I cannot recommend this company if you need to make a flight.  If the other provider could not have provided the short notice trip, I would have incurred great cost from missing the flight and the subsequent fall out from being late to a key business engagement .

Today lady at phone was rude and dropped phone while I tried to verify address. I wanted to take sick child to hospital by taxi, terrible
