Stitely & Karstetter

Frank prepared the 706 Estate Tax return for my husband after his recent death.  There was some delay in the preparation because, as I understood it, the necessary software for the year was not yet available.  This did require filing for an extension.  Once the software became available the return was prepared in a timely fashion and the necessary letter from the IRS was received to support portability if that becomes necessary in the future.  There was some inconsistency and lack of attention to detail in filling out the forms but I didn't think that would affect the final outcome.  I had to stay on-top of the project.  He was responsive to my requests.  His rates were reasonable and I would use him again for this type of return.  Frank was recommended to me by my financial advisor.

We had switched this year from a CPA we had been using for a few years to Stitely & Karstetter for both our business and personal needs and we couldn't have made a better decision.  Frank  is our lead contact and the process for working with him and reviewing our taxes could not be easier.  Everything is done through an online portal and Frank doesn't leave out any details.  Not only have we saved money but we feel like Stitely & Karstetter really cares about us.  If you're unhappy with your current tax person, make the switch.  Frank will make it easy and well worth your while!

Our CPA here, Frank, has done my personal and company taxes the past 2 years. They have NOT been easy financials, but Frank handled them with ease. There have been no issues whatsoever and he's saved us from paying loads of unnecessary taxes. His knowledge is fantastic and is still helping us with various highly specific needs throughout 2017.

We  used Stitely and Karstetter and our experience was fantastic. Christie Krouse prepared our taxes. She was through, polite and very personable. She promptly responded to our questions with expert answers. We most will use Stitely and Karstetter again. We highly recommend them.

Our company has been utilizing S&K services for over a decade now. Since the change over from another firm, Frank made himself available whenever we had any questions or issues. What I like about him is that unlike other companies, you can always count on him to reply back to you at the time he has committed to. In this day and age, this is a hard to come by and we do appreciate it. The other reason we have stayed and grown with S&K, is that Frank is always looking in way to increase the value of the relationship he has by adding other services. If you have had enough run around with your existing accounting firm and are looking to better your situation, S&K would be highly recommend.
