Very nice inside. Perfect for a special occasion. Although it was nicer inside, people were still dressed down so don't feel like you need to be fancy. The food was really good and we had nice service.

Decent option for steak or prime rib. The members of our party who had the fish really enjoyed it.  Convenient location but note there is a very smoky atmosphere in the casino which permeates into the intimate dining area of Stockman's.

Calamari, wine and the Orange Ruffy special were all delicious. It was my birthday and even though I was too full for dessert I still got a cheesecake to take home. Ally are waitress was excellent, friendly and gave just the right amount of attentiveness. Thank you for a wonderful first time experience!

We were in town and dropped in for the happy hour menu. Appetizers were two for one so this made for reasonable prices. we are pretty frugal Each of the appetizers were well presented and delicious. The staff were exceptional. Great service. It does really feel upscale. A tad dark in the lighting for my tastes but we enjoyed our meal here. There is no restroom in the restaurant, one must walk across the casino to get to the facilities.

While the speed of service is a little on the slower side, the kindness and quality of the waitresses, as well as the taste of the premium meats more than make up for that end.  The atmosphere is like none other, quiet and reserved, I wouldn't think there would even be anything close anywhere.

I have no photos to share. As soon as you see the wonderful food, taking a photo is the last thing on your mind. The service was outstanding and the food was EPIC!

Derek and his staff took great care of us again this year.  As usual the food was wonderful and we were treated like gold!!  If you go to Pahrump, don't miss the chance to try this restaurant, 5 star food with very reasonable prices.

Food was great! Had a great time. The bread before the meal was amazing and the food was excellent. Stunning service. Highly recommend for a fun night out!

Paid for 3 very expensive steaks plus lobster. Had to send lobster back because it tasted really bad. All 3 steaks were underseasoned and cooked incorrectly. The pork belly and polenta was AMAZING. Was very disappointed that the medium steak I ordered came out almost rare :-/ Service was excellent and they did take off one steak and lobster off the bill to make up for it.

Nice value for product offered. Food was enjoyable.  Server was very pleasant and had great energy. But wasn't very versed in basic service skills like opening wine. Needs some basic training.  However, her natural aptitude for genuine hospitality made these simple missed steps easy to overlook. Not her fault, never been taught.  Wine list needs updating into 2018 relevancy and corrections for typos.  Overall, pleasantly surprised. Will be back, next time we are in town.
