Really great shop. Well chosen selection of wines, even from relatively obscure places, good grower Champagne. They listen to their customers and bring in stuff they want, and keep stocking it, too. That way, you know you can run in and pick up something you like for the weekend. Selection of hard liquor is equally excellent, not an ocean of mediocre product like some places, but well chosen quality. Prices are pretty good for the quality. Winner!

Love this place. Have been going for years and was worried when ownership changed hands (used to be Phillips Fine Wines). They streamlined the selection but kept all the great, quirky offerings. I always find the guy with curly hair and scruff (sorry my description is terrible), tell him exactly what I'm planning on using the alcohol for and who the audience is, and he always gives me something amazing. He's clearly passionate about what he does. Literally, all I do is give him exact parameters and he saves me from decision paralysis and saves me time. No more trying to guess on anything based on labels and regions.

The staff provides very good recommendations for wines, especially when you want to know what to match with food.  Nice selection and reasonably priced.
