Staff was very nice, but was charged for an exam which didn't take place. I then wasn't consulted about giving my dog a shot, and then was given a bill for over $200.00

I will not use this veteran again.

Dr. Andrews called today, not only to discuss my post but to check on Alayla which showed a lot of class. We discussed what my issues were and I also took some responsibility for not speaking up and ensuring my needs were meet for my pet as well. I was miss understanding about one of the medications. 

I will give Dr. Andrews and here staff another try, for again they were all polite and professional.  

My only advice is too speak up, for they can't read minds.  Thank you Ma'am for the call.

Awesome vet!  Great staff! Traveling back to Oregon, my cat desperately needed a haircut to remove matts & clumps.  They fit me in the next day, and got it done.  Sambo looks a little weird without hair, but she sure is comfortable now.
  I really like the low-key atmosphere & building.  No cathedral ceilings and marble counters... this place is about the animals  :-)

We had a very odd experience which left us believing they are scammers. We made appt for our 4 pets to update vaccinations after recently moving to area. We transported our 4 guys for appt and were told we did not have appt but for an extra $100 they would work us in. We said no thank you and found a very good service elsewhere.. our poor guys got a 100 mole ride for nothing- avid this place!

Being new to the area, I wasn’t sure about where to take my cats for veterinary care. One of my cats gave me a scare and I was concerned for her health. The staff and doctor at the clinic were very professional and caring and never made me feel as though I were over-reacting (although I may have been). I highly recommend them for your pets’ care.
