I've never been here and was considering coming here but after reading the rude and smart mouth responses to the negative reviews I will NOT even bother. "Next time try coming more than 30 minutes before we close to be seen" "we're a private practice we can operate whatever hours we want" "you must have confused us with another urgent care" "have a nice day!!"

Just rude and unprofessional, period.
Not even going to take a chance.. smh

So i showed here at 2:25. And they were cloing.. Not closed closing the Door says 3.. I need medical attention and have no ride to the hospital and they close more that 30min early.. If i could give them 0 stars i would.. Bad servive. Wouldent even give me a ride to the hospital..

Dr birlew is a great dr that I have been seeing for about 15 years that office is open 7 days a week and for the better part of the day and and early evening which is convient for someone like me who has days that I can't really get out of the house be it physically or mentally and yeah it may not be great to wait a little bit but who else gives you the benefit of those hours. Not only that it's one hard working dr doing those hours. I spent a week in the hospital a few years back and I know when I was admitted for one the ER dr called him about 1am to admit me then about thirty minutes later the nurses called him for my med orders only to call him back again because the pharmacy called them for an allergy 20 minutes later and then again another 20 minutes later because some of my meds were forgotten and I'm just one person  Imagine how much this man must work on his off hours. He gives wonderful care and is always compassionate or giving some of his humor. If you  need a referral you get one which is unheard of with a lot of my friends That is someone who I will wait for quality patient care that he is trying to give to as many people as he can

The staff at the desk are very busy- polite , helpful. The nurses I have met are all just sweet - caring -  they listened to me. Dr. Birlew is a listener. He speaks his mind , shows he truly does care by listening and diagnosing properly. An all around awesome American Doctor. He keeps his office running smoothly. This Urgent Care works as a team!!
