We needed emergency electrical service (no fault of ours) while out of town attending my sister's funeral. I explained our predicament to Donna when I called Stokes. Donna explained that she would take care of everything and she did just that! Our repair was done within 24 hours - this included working with Century Link, who was responsible for our damage and subsequent loss of power to our home, applying for an emergency permit through the county, getting electricians to make the repair, having the County approve the repairs, and working with the Ocala Electric Utility so we could get our power turned back on. Words cannot explain our satisfaction and gratefulness on a job well done thanks to Donna and her professional customer service attitude! I highly recommend Stokes Electric and their skilled staff!

Called on a Friday afternoon @ 3:00pm. Got good service on the phone and the technician , called me back and was at my house within the hour. My problem was fixed quickly and efficiently. I had called 3 other companies only to be told Tuesday at the earliest. Excellent service and fast effiecient job well done!
