Absolutely the worst client service experience in 30 years! Tried to exchange a porcelain item in a box bought on sale that was chipped and cannot be used. Returned 1hr later but the sales clerk was rude and said it was not chipped when she opened the box...implying it was our fault. Any other store would have exchanged the faulty merchandise rather than try to put the blame on the client. Will never shop here again.
